Pre-CSA

I'm not the best cook, but I certainly do experiment - for better or worse. This year I signed up for a CSA in Warren, Maine through Hatchet Cove Farm. They will truck the fresh veggies to a local church each Sunday.

I'm excited to see the foods. I'm plotting what types of soups, sorbets and vegetarian dishes I will learn to create ... or invent.

I'll record here what I get and what I do with it.
